Task
The Bio Cork Way was conceived as a brand to articulate and celebrate the unique culture of Johnson & Johnson’s Cork site, while also aligning with the broader identity of the global organisation. The concept is rooted in the idea of their way—a shared cultural path shaped by the site’s values and behaviours. A central graphic device, made up of directional arrows, symbolises this collective journey. Each arrow is colour-coded to reflect a specific company value, visually reinforcing what drives the team.
Celebrating 20 years, a complementary brand was developed alongside this, with a stylistically aligned logo mark that seamlessly dovetailed into the overarching identity, strengthening both continuity and recognition.
